Tommy Ziemak

Tom was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) on May 12, 2015. His family and friends, the “Z Strong” crew, supported him every step of the way through his journey and battle with ALS. Tom loved with his whole heart. He was a family man who lived his days to be the best husband and father to his two children. He was a friend to everyone; passionate about helping others in need. You were never in his shadow but under his wing. 


Alexa Artis

Alexa lost her battle with brain cancer at the young age of 17.  Alexa was a junior at Pottstown High School, where she was a distinguished honor student and a member of the National Honor Society. Alexa was very active at school and in the community – she was involved in field hockey, lacrosse , cheerleading, and was co-editor of the yearbook.  In 2007, Alexa was the Jr. Grand Marshall for the Relay for Life event in Pottstown.  She was elected president of her freshman and sophomore classes at Pottstown High. Alexa received an early full scholarship to Villanova University to pursue a career in the medical profession.


Ron Postell

Ron was diagnosed with prostate cancer in February of 2010.  He bravely fought the disease for 4 1/2 years.  Ron is remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to all. His generous heart and amazing outlook on life will never be forgotten. Ron loved hunting with his family, fishing at the NJ shore, and was an avid softball player and Phillies fan.
